What can I expect at this event?
Experience imperial, baroque elegance staged by impressive light installations like never before at Schönbrunn Palace. Marvel at the opulent light elements that combine artistry with historical splendor and were designed exclusively for this legendary UNESCO World Heritage Site. Discover a new perspective on Vienna's cultural heritage on this enchanting nighttime walk through the palace gardens. Vienna's largest sound and light show is also included!
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place in the palace gardens of Schönbrunn Palace in Vienna. Entrance at Meidlinger Tor (250m from the U4 Schönbrunn).
Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
This is a completely outdoor event.
How long does the event last?
Visitors usually spend around 60-90 minutes at this experience.
Are food and drinks available for purchase on site?
At this event, you can purchase small snacks, punch, mulled wine, and non-alcoholic beverages; however, please note that there will be no gluten-free or vegan options available.
Is there parking available on site?
Yes, there is public parking on site—however, spaces are limited and subject to a fee (Vienna short-term parking zone or APCOA parking lot). We recommend traveling by public transportation (U4 Schönbrunn, tram 10 & 60, bus 10A).
Is there a dress code?
There is no specific dress code for this experience. We recommend wearing weather-appropriate clothing (warm, comfortable shoes, a warm jacket, head and hand coverings if necessary, etc.).
Where can I buy tickets?
In the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store, as well as on the Fever website.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
There will be a box office on site. However, tickets may already be sold out when you arrive at the event. We therefore strongly recommend that you book your tickets in advance to secure your place. You can purchase tickets in the Fever app or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer tickets to another person free of charge. Simply tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need further assistance. Remember to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets are validated directly in the Fever app.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket in the Fever app, in the "Tickets" section. If you haven't installed the app yet, you can download it from the App Store or Google Play. Please remember to log in with the same account you used to purchase your tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds possible? What is the exchange policy?
For this experience, date changes are possible up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make a change, please contact us with your ticket ID, which is linked to your purchase. Alternatively, you can check the option for a change as follows: Go to your ticket in the Fever app. You will find it in the "Tickets" section, where the "Change date and/or time" button appears. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. Do I have to arrive at the start of my booked time slot?
Please arrive at the time stated on your ticket—late admission is not permitted.
Can I bring animals with me?
No animals are permitted at the event—service dogs are allowed.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event takes place in an accessible location. The ground in the castle park is mainly a gravel path. Please note that the condition of the path may deteriorate in heavy rain.
What items are prohibited at this event? Is smoking or vaping permitted on site?
Carrying weapons is not permitted. Smoking or vaping is only permitted in the catering areas at the ashtrays provided.
Are there tickets for caregivers?
There are no discounted tickets for caregivers.
Is the experience accessible to deaf/visually impaired people?
Deaf people can enjoy this experience as it is mainly visual—however, we do not recommend this event for visually impaired people.
Are strobe lights used during the event?
Strobe lights and rapid changes in light and color may be used during this event.
Is seating available? Can I sit down during the experience/exhibition?
It is a walking tour, but if you need a short break, you will find some seating areas where you can rest.
Are there toilets at the venue?
The venue has toilets—please ask our staff on site for directions.
Can I take photos or videos during the experience?
You are welcome to take photos and share them. However, please make sure that you do not disturb other guests when taking photos. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a lost and found office on site?
We recommend that you ask the event staff if your belongings have been found. If you are unable to ask on site, please contact support@magmag.at.
Is there a cloakroom on site?
There is no cloakroom on site.
Is there an age restriction?
All age groups are welcome to enjoy this experience. The premises are also accessible with strollers/buggies.
Is there an audio guide on site?
This experience does not include an audio guide.
